Lupin the 3rd

Having met Lupin again, Cornelia does not remember him, and complains of headaches. The secret is her father, Doctor Zell, one of the last remaining Nazis. During World War II, he conducted secret experiments, the Corpse Preservation Project, and has been continuing them ever since.
